Paradise Valley supplies continue to improve in most price categories. Over 5 million we still have 40 active homes on the market with over a year's supply, however, 6 pending sales and 13 closed sales. The ultra high end is back in Paradise Valley. The price range of 2.5-3 is on the nearing “shorter” supply. This is an improvement since last quarter. 3-4 million we still have a “year’s supply.”
